    Gardens Open from 11:00 to 16:30. Picnickers welcome in designated areas. Light lunch served from 12:00 in the Cruck Frame Barn and the Tented Pavillion. A chance to catch the crab apple blossom and spring flowers as well as the early flowering shrubs. There are two well signed tours to follow which show pub most of the garden away from the house and a good proportion of the 79 sculptures. £7.50 for adults , School aged children £2.50

Spectators are very welcome. Travel on our train, tour the gardens watch the racing and have a sandwich based lunch for £15:00

At registration your email address will be required, and you will be sent the necessary license forms and indemnity forms to complete and bring with you.

Our track has been changed since the spring to make viewing the events easier and better and a new track crossing point has been created for your pleasure and safety just after the new Horsfield Straight. SEE BELOW

The club’s 2018 Autumn Meeting is the fifth Trike/Quad day at Barnards Farm. The essentials are: a practice session and two track sessions, before and after a light lunch. As before we’ll be running a relay race in which Trikes and Quads can take part. There will also be track time for entrants new to the Barnards Track. All Trikes/Quads will be scrutinised. Crash helmets obligatory. Hi-Vis we provide to be worn. A De Dion pattern handlebar make and break compulsory.

The grit course is a shapely oval of 287 meters. Overtaking will be at your leisure and the racing is over 4 laps which is 1 kilometer (two laps for relay races). The starts will be standing starts by push, pedal or engine running. Three or Four Riders starting at the same time from different positions on the track. Other formats will also be experimented with.

An IOPD racing license is mandatory: DDBUK Club membership is also required for participants.
The gardens will be open. Trains will run at 13:00 and 13:30 However there is no separate car event on this day

Arrive at any time after 10:30 on the day.
A compulsory briefing will be held for Riders, Marshalls, Mechanics and Photographers at 11:30.
The course will be open for practice from 11:45.
The first track event will be at 12:15.
Teas and Coffees will be available on arrival and lunch will be at 13:00 in the new station building.
The after Lunch Track session will start at 14:15 Meeting Close At 16:00

You may camp or caravan at Barnards, there is a Travel Lodge and Motel (Ye Olde Plough House) nearby. There is ample parking for trailers.
